Cancer can be an expensive illness. Reviewing your insurance plan and talking with your insurance representative will familiarize you with all the benefits that you are entitled to. Be aware of what pre-certifications are required before tests and treatments are scheduled. If you do not have medical insurance there are resources to call upon if you ask for help.

We would like to help you understand some of the basic components of how you may be billed for the services received at Benesse.

Physicians bill independently from the Hospital and Benesse. You may receive a statement from your Oncologist / Hematologist, the Radiologist for x-ray interpretation or possibly the Pathologist for tissue or cell diagnosis.

If you have questions concerning your hospital bill, please stop by the Business Office weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. or call your Patient Account Representative at 317-421-2012.
